ETRs for an MFE

This is two full set of ETRs (Evaluation Team Reports, Part A). The first one is for an MFE for a fictitious student, Omer Poos. Omer qualifies for special services due to his reading disorder.

The second is for an actual student ("Justine," name changed). However, this student functions fairly well with family support and does not qualify for any school provided services.
