VMI Beerly-Buktenica Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integration Write-up Description: The items on the VMI measure visual-motor integration and result in scores that compare the student to other children that are approximately the same age. Visual-motor integration, or eye-hand coordination is needed for handwriting, copying from a chalkboard or book, drawing, cutting shapes, etc. The VMI has two forms.
